How we chose
These are the Chichester breakfast and brunch places people search for: the ones named in published round-ups by Absolutely Magazines and The Great Sussex Way, the city-centre cafes that serve brunch into the afternoon, and the harbour and estate cafes people drive out to. Every place has a food hygiene rating of 5, and none had posted a closure notice. We left out places whose own breakfast menus and hours we could not find. The prices and times come from each venue’s own website and menus, checked on 27 October 2026, and the ratings from the Food Standards Agency.
